1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the Service Provider and the Consumer who purchases/services via the Website.

**Consumer:** The natural person purchasing/requesting services through the Website.
2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations regarding the Consumer’s distance purchase of healthcare/aesthetic services offered by the Service Provider.
3. Essential Characteristics of Services
– Services are appointment-based and personalized.
– Scope may include pre-assessment, consultation/examination, procedure/application and, where necessary, follow-up information.
– Final scope is determined by professional assessment and medical suitability.
4. Price and Payment
– The price is determined as stated on the Website and/or communicated to the Consumer.
– Payments may be made by card, bank transfer or other methods offered by the Clinic.
– Where a prepayment/deposit is taken, it is applied toward the total service fee.
5. Performance of the Service
– The service is performed at the agreed appointment date/time.
– For medical or operational reasons, the Service Provider may propose rescheduling; the Consumer will be informed and the appointment will be planned accordingly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation (Türkiye) and similar consumer rules:
– personalized services,
– services to be performed on a specific date/period,
– services whose performance has begun,
may be excluded from the right of withdrawal or the right may not be exercisable.
The Consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited due to the nature of the services.
7. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation/refund rules are governed by the “Delivery & Refund Policy”. The Consumer agrees to submit cancellation/rescheduling requests preferably at least 48 hours in advance.
8. Consumer Obligations
– The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
– The Consumer agrees to follow information and consent procedures required for healthcare services.
– Attendance on time is the Consumer’s responsibility.
9. Force Majeure
Events beyond the parties’ control that prevent performance are considered force majeure. In such cases, the parties are not liable; reasonable options will be evaluated.
10. Dispute Resolution
Consumer dispute resolution bodies (Consumer Arbitration Committees) and Consumer Courts may be competent subject to statutory monetary thresholds and rules.
11. Effective Date
This Agreement enters into force upon the Consumer’s approval via the Website and/or completion of payment.
